Voilà, je n’arrive pas à faire une
mise à jour de IE version 6 à 7
donc on m’a donné un truc,
et je devais copier coller dans
bloc-note et changer l’extension
.txt en .bat ce que j’ai fait, mais
le truc a pas fontionné, là je vous
demande si je peux supprimer ce
fichier WU.BAT sans problèmes ? :confused:

était de copier des dll peut-être manquants.
Pour la mise à jour tout se déroule bien pour
le téléchargement, l’extraction des fichiers se passe
bien je reçois cette fenêtre :

Avez-vous installer tout les dernière mise à jour sur Windws Update ?
De 2 L'heure et la date sont correct ?
De 3 trouver le fichier ie7.log et me copier/coller le contenue qui nous devrais donner la source du probème.

Maintenant fermer Firewall, Incridimail, anti-virus et A-squared et ré-essayer de le réinstaller.
Démarrer Exécuter mettre:

1) Télécharger ceci extraire le fichier du zip en cliquant dessus et le mettre dans C:\Windows\System32

Refaire la même chose mais celle-ci n'est pas compresser donc la mettre direct dans: C:\Windows\System32

Ensuite Fichier - enregistrer sous et sélectionne tous les fichiers et sauvagarder avec le nom: fix_reg.cmd dans le répertoire C:\.
3) Ouvrir le bloc note encore et copier coller ceci:

Ensuite Fichier - enregistrer sous et sélectionne tous les fichiers et sauvagarder avec le nom: reg_fix.txt dans le répertoire C:\.
Redémarrer XP, en mode sans échec F8 avec réseau pour avoir l'internet et vous logué avec Administrateur.
5), Démarrer, Exécuter mettre: cmd
tapper: CD \ et entrée.
Ensuite: fix_reg.cmd
Redémarrer quand terminée.
6) Installer Internet Exploer 7 en mode sans échec avec Réseau.
Si vous avez un problème la session qui serait corrumpu en créer une nouvelle avec les fonction administrateur et ré-essayer toujours en mode sans échec.

Pour la restauration c'est un problème de reculer trop loin si vous avez beaucoup de logiciel etc...

Je ré-annalyse votre log.
Effacer le log de IE7.
Faire CTRL ALT DEL et arrêter: AUTOBACK.EXE ré-essayer

Je viens de lire que certain firewall comme ZoneALarm empêche l'installation mais que de le fermer ne règle pas le problème. Peut-être désinstaller Kerio et essayer.
Sinon désinstaller un à un vos logiciel de protection comme AVG anti-spyware A-squared et Ad-aware.
Rendu la si toujours négatif me faire un log Hijackthis je vais regarder ce qu'il reste

Démarrer - paramètres - Panneau de configuration - Comptes d'utilisateur - Créer un nouveau compte et prend administrateur et non limité. Une fois fait vous vous loguez dessus et ré-essayer.

Si cela fonctionne toujours pas retournée dans la session que vous m'avez fais le premier log.
Effacer encore le log en question et refaire l'installation. Des erreurs de registre devrait se montrer soit des lignes comme: IECUSTOM: Key is still unwriteable.
